- Only Las Vegas, Bulto49, Alegria and Carihuela Gardens apartments have a DAILY cleaning service.
- The prices quoted include electricity, water,
cleaning and tax except in the Las Vegas and Carihuela Gardens Apartments where there is a
7% v.a.t. charge.
- The apartments are clean on arrival and cleaned
after departure. Towels and sheets are supplied in all apartments.
- Office hours for bookings, paying rent and
other general information are:
Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 Spanish time (1 hr. earlier in England and Ireland).
- We ask for a small deposit which is payable by credit card(VISA, MASTERCARD) cheque (£ or €), or bank transfer
- The balance of the rental of the apartment is paid at the LaCarihuela.com reception, situated under the Carihuela Gardens Apartments within the first 24 hours of arrival. The payment for the Las Vegas, Bulto and Carihuela Gardens can be paid by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). All other apartments must be paid in CASH.
- If the arrival is at Malaga airport, transport
can be arranged to collect our guests if we know the flight number and
time of arrival. Keys can be collected at any time of the day or night.
The key-collection point is at the Las Vegas apartments.
Important Note: Only the Alegria and Las Vegas apartments are official Tourist establishments. All the other apartments are contracted from individual private owners and in most buildings we manage not more than 5 apartments. Therefore they have no reception area or office. The rules and regulations of each building will be found inside the apartment and we trust that our guests respect them.
